Hi Biggerpockets community!

I am new to the real estate field and I want to buy and live in one unit of a duplex rent out the other in north Dallas. I like the north Dallas area due to rising employment opportunities and potential growth. I have the financial means for a healthy down payment and would like to get started on this journey. How can i go about finding the right realtor to show me the ropes of choosing a great duplex in this area?
