hi I'm currently beginning my wholesaling career, have researched for a while and its something I am very interested in. a couple of places have companies with memberships called discords and wanted to know if anyone knew of 24homebuyer/MattHoardley or can point me in the right direction.The initial payment is $600 for 6 weeks and then a monthly fee of $150 which i was told can be voided for the first month on my one on one phone call with him.

Great thing about a 1031 exchange is you can put a higher down payment or all of the funds into the new property and take cash out as early as 6 months with DSCR on a cash out refinance.
