Owner Financing Ideas

Account Closed
Posted

I wondered if anybody could point me in the right direction or provide me with different scenarios. My wife & I are currently renting a house, and the owner is looking to sell. We would ideally love to buy the house from the owner. The catch is that we own our own business and, unfortunately, can not qualify for a 2 million dollar home on paper. The homeowner, I believe, paid all cash and doesn't have a mortgage on the house. If they do, it is for a very small amount. I can afford a substantial amount for the monthly payments on the house. Is there anyone who has any scenarios that I could present to the homeowner to convince them to do seller financing? I want to make the offer attractive and something they would consider. I am really hoping there are some people out there that can help.
