All of them are virtual though due to COVID.Private money is tough to find unless you know the right people and have a proven track record.

Amazon, Build, and a few others are great for getting faucets, lights, knobs, pulls, door stops, and virtually everything else under the sun.

I've found you can read and learn only so much until you start virtually looking at actual properties in an area with an agent, asking questions, and learning the nuances (tax reassessments, benefits, how to analyze cash flow). 

I don't think there is anything wrong with that, or what you can also do is virtually finish the inside.

You can also get a virtual street address from some companies and they will scan you your mail, thatt costs more.

I have researched the virtual mailbox option, but not quite sold on having somebody else opening my mail and send a scanned copy of the mail to me (for an additional fee). 

I have extra office spaces that I would like to use as a private virtual address/mailbox location.
