A dining room can be a dining room, a play room, an office, a video game room, a workout room (yes, I've seen some of my tenants do that), or just a place for a ton of crap to land.

For instance, I have HOURS of video of me just driving up and down streets at different times of day and week making verbal notes about where I am and what I'm seeing.

I really enjoy the YouTube videos of Max Maxwell, Kris Krohn, Phil Pustejovski, Clever Investor, Wholesaling, Inc., real estate attorney William Bronchick, and of course Bigger Pockets! 

But then I see charts like this for retail metro-wide and I scratch my head..... and then I read that Vulcan Video, Magnolia Cafe on Lake Austin Blvd and Threadgills is closing shop permanently which sucks.

Through my time researching, especially nowadays, repeatedly I have come across articles, YouTube videos, books, ebooks, blogs, etc etc on investing in REI with 'little to none' of your own money.

Hi Sean, ask the homeowner to provide bright pictures or videos of the home which is what we're doing, that should give you a good idea of the work.

Post videos of your projects on facebook, pics of your projects, let everyone know that you are a real estate investor. 

I would listen to audio and video podcasts, you could check out The Old Capital podcast and check out James Eng youtube page.
