According to a new Zillow Market Report, pending home sales have begun to increase in recent weeks, after a steep drop during the second half of March, due to the coronavirus.

In the Austin metro area, pending sales were down 29.5% annually, but up 14.6% week-over-week as of April 19. This is in comparison to the national market trends, where pending sales are up 6.2% week-over-week since March 12.
