As landlords, we pay gas, heating, water, sewer and trash; the tenant pays electric.

You get way more valid info from landlords that are two or more rentals in the rear view mirror just by picking up the phone.

So is the landlord paying gas, electric, water, sewer now?

I just noticed that she chipped a big piece from the top front of the porcelain gas range, apparently with her large cast iron skillet.  

I had one that threatened to call 9-1-1 because his drain was slow on a Saturday afternoon and he might die of sewer gas fumes (he googled it) if I didn't get a plumber out RIGHT THEN.

The gas company (gasoline for their fleet vehicles), a uniform vendor, that kind of thing.

Just curious if there's any validity to this statement?
