Is there a specific process to automate the readings?

Short story in case you get bored: I spent $13,500 (hired out electrical, plumbing, and mud/tape/texture.

As I read Finding and Funding Great Deals, there is so much valuable info and I realize I would like to have a Broker/Agent mentor with similar experience.

With all of the reading I’ve done I’ve come to the conclusion that watching the process of purchasing, fixing and renting such a property would be incredibly helpful.

I have read some conflicting information about if you can foreclose on the property if the ground rend is not paid. 

I’m not going to assume they are just outright lying to get people to read their article.

I keep reading and can not figure out a clear solution that keeps me covered legally.
