Hello everybody ! Starting life at 45

Hello peeps! I am starting life again at 45 after living a life of wasteful spending. I have a plan in place and a goal to reach FI by 55. It does involve real estate and working hard and living far below my means, while funneling everything towards real estate mostly. If I have to live in my car to do it, so be it lol. I’m a bit worried that I won’t make it but I have to try nonetheless. I figure I’ll start year one by getting rid of as much debt as possible. That seems more logical than starting to invest first. Thanks Bigger Pocket’s and all of you guys for the inspiration.
