My point:You can't arrive at these conclusions by just calling and making ratios, and then scaling UP these ratios. 

In my case, I am a hard money lender and have been planning to grow this business at a larger scale.

In my opinion, I would scale sooner rather than later. 

Where we're at right now is just to not touch any of the 300 monthly cash flow until we have 6 months of reserves and enough to cover Capex. 6 months might be a little excessive but we figured better safe than sorry and we could scale that back later if need be.

I agree with everyone else, start with one to fully understand the process from start to finish and then once you build your systems and processes, start scaling. 

We've looking to essentially do the same (BRRRR), just on a bigger scale. 

I am now scaling up and moving out of my SFH (will rent this) into a house hacked duplex by the end of the month.

Does this happen more as you go to scale, even in finances, or properties that you own?

My goal: Creating a great foundation so that I am eventually able to scale once I capture deals. 

If you can have a VA even part time give you a couple hours back a week that is a couple hours a week that you can focus on scaling the business.
