You can ask about their financing plan and then ask for a proof of funds, or you can built up your buyers list to make it largely irrelevant if the foreign buyer pencils out or not.There will be real and false operators constantly in this business, but the greater truth is that the Deal finds the Buyers . . . work on unearthing the deals and you'll have no shortage of buyers, foreign or domestic :)
