@Mark Millich A lot of investors have success with direct mailing from lists they've created via listsource or other platforms.

I have used over 50 different platforms as well as large corporations to find tenants.

If so, what are your favorite platforms for investing?

I just started land lording and this platform has been a big part of my system.

So my question -- is there a platform that targets this segment of "midterm" tenants? 

Look up ACRE of Pittsburgh, Pittsburgh REIA, and look on the MeetUp platform for local events in the North Hills.

It is basically the same thing that they will see on the platform.  

@Majid Tahir, check out the regional STVR platform Emerald Coast by Owner, they not only market properties in PCB but also list props for sale.I would verify those occupancy rates and daily rates with actual owners.How do you hope to achieve occupancy rates above the norm when you can t market your property as unique?
