I thought the qualities of the videos was very poor.

have you asked the seller if they would seller finance and walk away with no money in their pocket upfront and keep their name on the property? 

This is true for syndications, buying a stock, buying a single family home, or depositing money in a bank.  

I recently came into a significant amount of money or so it is for me.

Does the profit margin make enough sense to put all of that time and money versus buying an outdated home and doing some renovations in a shorter period of time.

This is how Wall Street brainwashes us to constantly throw money into a 401k instead of investing in income producing real assets.

I know this leaves money on the table but most of my tenants stay for many years and all have been respectful of my property.

The coaching/mentorship programs don't care where you get the money from, but the bank does.
