I have a 4 bedroom house for rent and its 1 level all tile.  Am I crazy to let someone with 6 pets (4 are cats) rent this house? Would the house still smell from the cats even if there is no carpet???

That's a deal breaker for our screening criteria. Tile or not pets tear up flooring, baseboards, and wood doors. If we have tenants that live in a unit for a few years and asked about a cat or smaller breed dog, that's a different story.
