We don't have anything close to a modern pattern to examine this time. 

The mobile home will eventually need to be replaced, however depending on its current age and how modern it looks, it may be able to last another 30 years or more. 

I'll add a bit about setting up the technology you'll need to manage the home remotely, especially if you won't be local.

And the Cali Govt is worried, that's why there has been talk of an 'exit tax' for years now....And sorry TX fans, but Florida and AZ are the top 2 states receiving these 'refugees' from Cali :-)CA lost a House Seat and Electoral College votes and is experiencing population drop for the first time in modern history.

If this is the case, you may want to update the electrical and many modern electronics rely on proper grounds.
