Most members i've seen and worked with were forced to fill out a budget plan with their command as well as getting provided an interest free loan.

Perhaps we have identified a need to be filled?

The seller's SOW didn't contemplate a new roof, an out-of-use pool in the backyard that neighbors had been using for burning trash and needed to be filled, exposed and out of code electrical, and a basement that had been dug up by the previous owner.

I typically start showing apartments in March (mainly since I don't enjoy trouping through apartments in Jan/Feb) and have most vacancies filled within a couple of months. 

Most people do not remember all of the things that happen over their time in a house, just like you couldn't remember every meal you had in the last 2 weeks.

We also spent two+ hours filling out a four-page seller's disclosure form.

I can see that you filled out the form on our website about 30 minutes ago.  

They kept watch on things and whenever there was a vacancy, they reached out to their network to fill it.
