You have to dig a little deeper there are questions that need to be addressed and VOE's filled out with specifics in order to use certain incomes and "stipends".Similar to a traveling nurse who get housing, meals, and other income.

This is something I try to live by and teach my kids if I can - "A human being should be able to change a diaper, plan an invasion, butcher a hog, conn a ship, design a building, write a sonnet, balance accounts, build a wall, set a bone, comfort the dying, take orders, give orders, cooperate, act alone, solve equations, analyze a new problem, pitch manure, program a computer, cook a tasty meal, fight efficiently, die gallantly.

@Leeling Chew we require anyone over the age of 18 to fill out an application for the property even if they plan to just be an occupant.

I'm sure people would pay extra for some kind of "meal prep/private chef" type package in their living situation.You've got the right idea thought, but don't be afraid to reach...nothing wrong with dropping your price after a couple weeks if you don't get any interest.
