whenever there's inflation, real asset is usually going up except in situation in the local market where there's oversupply into the market.what would crash , however, is usually ground up development, real estate that requires short term financing, volatility in cap rate, and so on....residential real estate is actually not sensitive to interest rate but ultra-sensitive to inventory.
