They won't listen to logic - they are tenants for a reason!

I’m new to the world of life being 19 years old… I’ve done my research with real estate quite often listening to podcast and reading Robert kyiosaki and grant Cardone.

I listened to the podcast and got inspired to buy the new Multi Family Millionaire book on audio.

My name is Andrew and after listening to the first 30 B.P. podcasts I've finally gotten the hint to make a post and say hello, so hello everyone!

I am currently listening to the book of flipping houses by J Scott.  

I know; not everyone will listen and/or agree.All too often, in the mostly unregulated world of flipping, wholesaling, contract assignment, etc., it seems these ethics do not apply to everyone. 

I also recommend reading books, listening to RE podcasts, and most importantly: connecting with people who are doing what you want to do!
