New investor marketing
Hi! I am trying to get into real estate investing. I am currently listening to the book of flipping houses by J Scott. In the book where it talks about direct marketing it mentions not to put company name for return mail. I see why you wouldn't want to put your personal name initially but why is company name not to be placed on mail. I just had my 1st LLC filing sent to state, one reason being for liability purposes and another reason is because I thought having a company name would help me to appear more legitimate to a home owner/person I'm trying to do business with. Is it a concern that they will report company, and if so, what will they report? I thought Direct mail is legal/ different than calling someone on do not call list.
