STR 101, Looking for a place to learn

I have a few long term buy and hold units in the KCMO area and I am looking to move into Scottsdale and set up an STR business.

I like Scottsdale for the year-round rental potential and close proximity to my house (1.5 hour flight).  

My question is, can someone point me in the right direction to start learning the STR business? Is there a book I can read or a podcast I can listen to? A forum thread here you found valuable?
