I would take the Pictures of the inside during the daytime to get better light if you are going to advertise it.Also, sometimes I will list it lower then the competition to bring a lot of people to the open houses.

Beverly,I would say our realtor tried to apply some light pressure to get us to raise our offer, but I agree with you that this is an investment and should be as unemotionally based as possible.
