Hi All-

My name is Edgar Stanislavsky and I am a new to Biggerpockets and to the real estate industry as a whole. I am addicted to the podcasts, thursdays are my new favorite day of the week :). I am just wondering why there hasn't been anybody on the podcast that's from LA/Southern Cali. All of the fix and flip, wholesaling, etc. info, tips and strategies are awesome but being new to the game at times I find it hard to imagine how something that works in "Detroit" would work here in my backyard. Can anybody tell me if there's anything in BP that can teach me more about my market? I did a search for LA in BP but not much comes up. Am I missing something?
