Need help

I been reading like crazy, listening to podcasts, and checking out blogs. I figured first thing is find out what I can get loan wise and if not where to go from there. My next thing is do I find a property or should I start a business for liabilities? Do I find a lawyer and CPA before any of it? Do I call insurance after I find a property and place a bid? I'm not sure what to do in what order and I think that is what's keeping me from just jumping in. I also live in Wheeling,WV which is pretty small. We dot have any real estate investor meeting or anything close in my area to get with anyone. Is anyone else investing in a small town that can give some light on what to do since it's not a huge market and not a lot of information to go off of??? Thank you everyone

A lot of these things really just depend. You can call an insurance agent beforehand to see what they think would be the best option, you can start an LLC because it's cheap (unless you live in California) and I would definitely wait on the website.

When you've done a lot of research things can feel overwhelming. The important thing is just to start. I would make a list of all the things you want to do, then pick the things you are going to do first, i.e. set up an LLC, look for an attorney, etc. But regardless of what you do first, start looking for properties and making offers ASAP. If you haven't gotten everything lined up perfectly, you can usually line it up pretty quickly once it's under contract. The important thing is to start!
