Property Manager Referral Needed for SFR's in South Atlanta

I have a few single family rental properties in south Atlanta (Riverdale, Jonesboro, College Park, Ellenwood, etc) that I'd like to turn over to a professional property management company that manages properties in these areas. Any referrals would be appreciated. Thank you.

We had a great PM in St. Louis that did a great job cheap, but went through about 8 here in the ATL before deciding they all sucked. I think some of that was a real difference in the quality of renter base, though.

I haven't used him, but I've chatted with Chris Littleton of Solutions Realty Network a few times and he seems to know his stuff and run a tight ship. He's the former head of GA REIA and current one of Altanta REIA. Probably be a good place to start, I think their home base is on the southside too. I dont have his number handy, but I imagine its easy enough to find in Google...
