I have nearly 25% down now, it seems like the only people that have approached me seem to be almost legit confirmed scammer companies that string you along and never close.I think my window of opportunity is closing on this deal unfortunately.

Account Closed There is no gas line right now, as all the units have electric wall heaters, and window AC units. 

You dont need to have a permit for a legal size egress window.

The property is a duplex that will have window units as a cooling source.

I let them stay but they have been late with rent since I bought the property, and recently the tenant had an altercation with someone he knows and that person broke 3 of the windows.
