The negative to that is you won't be able to grow.

I believe we all create our own realities, and I am always looking to expand mine and improve in any way possible, to maximize and grow, to be all I can be and give all that I can give!

I am determined to educate myself and grow every day by dedicating my self to learning.

I am looking to connect with other real estate investors in the suburbs of Dallas or investors/agents/wholesalers who have knowledge or info to help grow my business and hopefully I can return the favor and grow yours as well. 

My current goal is to build a network, expand my buy-&-hold, and learn & grow as a real estate investor with the BP community (even though sometimes I feel like my goal should be taking over the world after listening to show #108)!

My wife and I decided we had enough of the winters in NYC and just moved to Charlotte a few weeks ago to enjoy a new city and so I could more directly focus on growing my operations / portfolio here.  

We switched over when we bought our second fourplex and though we knew it was a bit of overkill at the time now that we have 16 units and growing, we are glad we made the investment.

As I soon discovered with a search on the internet, pedes love old plant matter to live in and eat.
