New Member from New York Area Connecticut

Hi All,

So grateful to have recently stumbled upon BP. This is not only an amazing resource, but an amazing community and I can't wait to get a pro membership!

My name is James Radcliffe, I live in Connecticut just outside of New York and I am currently involved in developing an online sales platform for a 30 year old art business here. I love to travel and experience all of the amazing things life has to offer. I'm passionate about learning, and taking knowledge from a conceptual idea into a concrete reality. I believe we all create our own realities, and I am always looking to expand mine and improve in any way possible, to maximize and grow, to be all I can be and give all that I can give!

I believe R.E. presents a unique and exciting opportunity to do all these things. 

Currently I am working on fixing up a property I purchased at foreclosure auction, and getting it rented out as soon as possible. I am also seeking to add new members to my buyers list. 

My long term strategy in real estate is to buy, hold, and re-invest. Financial freedom, is a must for me. My definition of success is having the ability to do what I want, when I want, with whom I want, whenever I want, for however long I want. To enhance and contribute, and make an outstanding impact on the lives around me is the ultimate!

Flips and wholesales may be utilized intermittently as opportunities to work with other investors and grow my capabilities, and for short term capital growth between buying new properties to hold.

I am also involved in short sales around New York City, particularly Brooklyn ,  and am always looking for a good deal around there as well. Cheers! Onward.
