A New Beginning

Hello everyone! I have recently stumbled upon this website to learn and retain a lot of the information provided. I have just started using the website and I noticed that I'm already learning so much. I am currently enrolled at a community college and planning to expand my education further in sales/marketing at a university. After i graduate i plan on obtaining my real estate license so i can finally begin to invest. The purpose of this discussion was for me to get more of a lead on what I would like to invest in. I would love to invest in multiunit homes, rental properties, apartments, and eventually commercial buildings. Since i am just beginning i would like to start small and work my way up. I am a hard worker that refuses to give up on this new beginning. I am determined to educate myself and grow every day by dedicating my self to learning. So what I ask of is for some advice on helping me educate myself more on different types of properties to invest in and on how to actually apply the information i read about. I do understand that in order to actually apply my knowledge, i have to use it in action. However I cant because I am still not a registered Real Estate broker.

Thank you for taking the time to read this. Feedback will be much appreciated and i will also respond back to the feedback. I look forward to meeting some new friends :)
