At the same time as this was happening, I was actually in the process of changing majors in college (I'm a junior at JMU in Virginia,) and had dropped a few courses, so I felt I had some time to commit to the endeavor until my next semester starts.

I've a couple questions:1) Is this how the process works for correcting existing addition to the house?

I am in the process of buying another house which I plan on moving into some time in January 2019 and make that my primary residence.

So I will give my opinion/thought process on the topic.

I'm not sure if he will be keeping it in house or if he has a different work-around but he's saying he can offer 75% LTV and we could complete the refi process by December.  

Working with someone buying one is a certain amount of work, but once you train a buyer on the process, it runs pretty smoothly and there are a lot fewer items to cover on the second and third, etc.

It's not high volume at all, but, i just want to be able to upload a list from this week, and know that it's going to send letters/postcards at pre-determined intervals, without me having to reload the list and track where it is in the process.

They have started this program called Velocity which is essentially a permit expediting process (for a fee).

So, I am up for the challenge and in the process make myself and investors a nice profit.

The door knob wasn't working so I wasn't able to open it up to access the latch area which would make the process easier.
