Given property prices are a function of rental income multiples, a real estate buyer should be looking to buy at similar pricing discounts from peak rental periods.

Doesn't mean we can't encourage people not to use bandit signs (they usually end up as litter, and if overdone they can be a visual eyesore), but perhaps a little more humility would help the OP realize the purpose behind obeying those laws better than a dump truck load of sarcasm and self-righteousness?

It is a function of limited supply and steady demand (some would say increasing demand). 

And as unfortunate it is that they are now charging the fee, it  will just be a function of turn-over costs for me

We struggled with finding the latter, so we ended up bringing that function in-house.

If the property is priced right in a good location and the rooms are about average size with a functional layout you may find the property is easy to rent.
