How to locate flipped properties in PropStream?

Hi BPers!

I'm looking into PropStream and could use some advice on how to locate comparables for my fix/flip business.  My search needs the following 3 criteria to be functional:

  1. Locate SFR that were sold at below market prices (not MLS, not retail)
  2. Property was held for a period of time (eg, <12 months)
  3. Property was re-sold on MLS.

Ideally, I would see both the original sale price and the secondary sale price.  Note --- I am not interested in just seeing the final sale price as my staff need a quick way to generate a preliminary offer price with limited knowledge of repair costs, holding costs, etc.

The 'flippers' filter does not work - identifying 0 completed transactions in several cities (NJ) that have seen explosive investor activity in the past 2 or 3 years.

Thanks in advance (and happy new years)!!!!

John
