Listing descriptions are frequently wrong, even more so if it's bank owned.

But after deliberation I decided that NONE of the other sites I frequent are centered around financial freedom so I'd be insane to not create an account and utilize the tools and information provided.I am currently looking to acquire lots for the purpose of constructing single family homes, and progressing to multifamily in the future.

I can only imagine how many were tricked.

Overall I would like to begin my career with in real estate with baby steps and learn the tricks of the trade!

@Art Maydan , my husband works from home, and has to call in for conference calls frequently.

I personally only do flips within a 2hr radius of where I live and will only invest in buy/hold assets where I already frequently travel.  

 Yeah, I have mentored many "newbies" along the way, but even an old dog like myself continues to learn new tricks!
