I'm Barb Getty, glad to have joined this network! I've been doing this investing thing for 20+ years and totally love being able to do it all full time, wearing several hats. I own and manage 22 units (single and multi-family), have a property management co. and a real estate brokerage. I've loved seeing the positive change and growth in our city over the years, and look forward to learning/sharing through this site!
