Hello everyone! My name is Dustin Pavlik and I am a 21 year old senior in college. I will be graduating this upcoming spring. I recently just partnered up on my first rental property and am extremely excited about getting into the game! I am here to learn as much as possible, as I am always looking to gain knowledge and learn the tricks of the trade.
