Residential parks are almost exactly like MHPs and tenants pay monthly and then are billed back for electricity and sometimes other utilities.

I wanted to quiz the members about a few things:If there is no insulation and the tenants pay for electric heat, is it worthwhile to include insulation costs for attic and floor in the initial loan?

This will also make it easier to sell.Other items that come to mind:Doorways: Are they wide enough to allow the wheelchair through AND turn corners.Wiring: Does the room where the child will be have adequate electricity supply for all of the monitors and machines?

If the current owner has proof of rental payments, I wouldn't worry about collecting rent.4) Ask about roof/furnace/foundation/plumbing and electrical repairs.
