4 Point Inspection - Wrong Main Panel

I just purchased a 4-plex in Florida and had a 4 point inspection done for insurance and purchase related reasons. The home inspector put the main panel was X brand while my property has Zinsco circuit breakers. Obviously, most insurance companies would have a conniption about this and I am also having electrical issues due to the failing breakers.

Does anyone know if I have any recourse?
