@Julie Verardi I'm not sure when the next BP meetup is, but it looks like there's a REIA event coming up relatively soon in NYC (9/9/15).I know quite a few local JC/Hudson County area people have talked online about getting coffee to talk shop, and I've spoken to a bunch in person that are on board.

I guess if you built it with the intention of having it integrated into an existing PM platform... like Appfolio's, you could set your self up as (as one of our advisory board members says) an "acquisition target".

However, a boarded up house, blue roof or tall weeds are only signs of neglect, not ownership.

So found a vacant boarded house and went to county website found out owners names..googled around and found out they are both dead...so now what??
