My partner and I have been searching for good Investor friendly agents for a while now. We still haven't been able to find a responsive agent who has been knowledgable about real estate investing, especially creative exit strategies such as wholesaling. Does anyone have any recommendations or tips to find a good agent?

There are many agents who are also investors. Have you gone to any REIA meetings?

If your looking for Real estate agents who work with wholesalers you won't find any.  This is the equivalent of a car wholesaler walking into a car dealership trying to get a car at 50% invoice. Your competing with their business and in some states you may be considered an unlicensed agent.
