Hi,

I'm looking to find a mentor in the real estate market. Preferably someone who has experience in Jersey City and or around NYC.

I all ready own a rental property in Jersey City that is fully paid off and is cash flowing nicely.

I'm looking to get into my second rental property and feel there is more I can learn from someone with more experience.

I would be willing to help out in exchange for advice/knowledge. If anyone knows of anyone please let me know.

Thanks so much!

If you are willing to branch out of JC or NYC any for cash flow, you'll definitely find more elsewhere! Philly has been a great market for it, which is the closest one I know to you (other than Trenton but not a lot going on there right now). If you stay local, just make sure you run the numbers to make sure you'll actually be getting cash flow. JC and NYC aren't usually known for having any.
