Do you have recommendations for individuals or companies you've worked with in the area to move this forward?  

Also, it might be worth noting though the federal date has been extended,  states are still announcing individually their plans. 

So if your tenants don't pay rent, it's not because "the USA FEDERAL GOVT is against you".Some individual cities have enacted eviction moratoriums, but honestly I don't really care about those either. 

The unit is a 1 bed, 1 bath individual dwelling unit about 650 sq ft with a porch, in a lot next to his primary residence.

Some of our residents have agreed to assist us in taking photos/videos of the interior of their units to aid with virtual showings.Leasing typically begins to pickup in March/April, so we will see the full affects taking place in the next few weeks.I went under contract on a house prior to all of this and am still planning on moving forward. 

A balance of business and compassion up front is going to be very individual based on your situation and quality of tenants.

Unless you are able to split the deal up into individual units, it wouldn’t qualify and even then, it sounds like there would be difficulty in financing the remaining properties.

Should I add this individual on the lease?
