If there are 2 cars on the street one with an alarm and one without, the simpler option for a crook is to break into the car without the alarm.  

If you are not comfortable staying at the best western or motel 6 down the street from the property, you probably don't want to own it.

@Skylar Dejesus i am going for FHA so i am only putting bare minimum of 3.5% coz on the next property i would need 20% down. property is in fairly good condition, it is only multi family home in the street of single family homes and only minor cosmetic touch ups are needed.
