I had this happen recently (Ill pay by the 5th...Ill pay by the 12th...)

All that money is just a temporary solution to their ills.

I require the company to call or email me when something needs to be fixed and Ill send my handyman over to repair at a fraction of the cost that the management company would charge.

They are ill prepared to earn in this market and now find that their only means of survival are odd low paying jobs.

If its good, Ill continue.

I doubt I"ll ever allow myself to really retire.I'm a mechanical engineer by education and work in the commercial utility business (power plants).
