Looking for a good Property Manager in Rochester, NY

My wife and I just started REI about a year ago. We were originally managing the properties ourselves but have since purchased more units and have a second child on the way. Spending time with our boys is much more important to us than coordinating inspections and running out to fix leaky faucets right now.

We love REI, and want to keep adding to our portfolio and stay active. For the time being, at least until the kids get a little older, we think it is best to hire a property manager. We have someone doing the job right now but their performance has been subpar to say the best.

Does anyone have experience with Property Manager in Rochester, NY? Is there someone that you would recommend to us?
