I intend on getting me RE License in the next 9 months and will try and use that to expand my sphere.

While banks are not really expanding so much lately, they could be interested in a location next to a casino, or at least as an ATM location if not a full branch.

I love learning and always looking to expand my knowledge.

I will definitely keep trying to expand my knowledge as well as try hard to take the first step. 

I have investments in those cities already, just expanding portfolio.

IMO, investing in areas that the big guys haven't expanded to yet is the way to do that, likely as a buy and hold investor.

The next wave of growth is coming, it's a solid market for many reasons - geographic location, climate, diverse employment base (ever expanding), higher education, no state sales tax, hospitality, cultural, entertainment, ...
