Strip mall business ideas
I am close to getting a strip mall under contract that has room for 2 more businesses. Currently, a casino and a laundromat occupy the 2 units. In an effort to fill the 2 available units, what other businesses should I be targeting or would be a good fit knowing that a casino and laundromat are already there?

Depending on vacant SF and condition of the units (are they cold shell?): CrossFit gym, karate studio, coffee shop or cafe, regional bank, nail salon are all service oriented ideas that I'd like to see when leasing in strip malls. Of course if you can get restaurant chain tenants that would be a home run.
