At the end of the day, the way I look at it (since this is my housing cost too) is I would be spending $1500+ minimum to live this quality of lifestyle and if I can get that number low/close to zero, I'm winning.

Often times I'll take business cards at networking events, and will want to add contacts manually, without having recieved an email first, but haven't been able to find any that allow you to manually add contacts as well.

If it's based on a closed sale, they need to be licensed to get more than $50-100 depending on state.I've got a win/win referral agreement with a licensed friend similar to what you mentioned, but it works since we both have licenses.
