Broward County Foreclosure Auction

Hi BP community,

I’m looking for some information on purchasing a property through the online auction in Broward County Florida. How would I find out if it’s the first mortgage auction vs a tax or lien auction? If it is the first mortgage auction and I win the bid would I own the property out right if there are no liens owed on the property?
