What you need to do is find their buyers they sell to.Usually every state/county has a website where you can go and find the buyers who actually close on deals.

I’m reading lots of posts on this amazing Bigger Pockets website, and when it comes to wholesaling, I’ve noticed advice stating that a wholesale contract should have an “out clause” (inspection and financing), and an “intent to assign”.
