Hey BP,    The broker I am working on was kind enough to give me a salaried position as a property inspector as well to supplement my income as I build my real estate career.

Not at all interested in flips at this point in my RE career.

I guess I have been fighting against my passion (if that makes sense) in that I love anything real estate-related, but can’t seem to leave my current career because I need the income.

I've been in executive management all of my post-college career (I was a late student (30), having served in the military and had "real jobs" in between and during college, ) and I have never considered it my job to do everything at the firm.

Even though I'm not far enough along in my investing career to help with your beta testing I'll keep you in mind as I progress.   

Hey BP,I am pretty dedicated at this point to go the FHA then house hack route to begin my real estate career.

Otherwise they'll be off to the next agent.And, are you in a position to respond to leads ASAP, or do you have another career where you're away from your phone/email?
